At The Physician's Resource we understand Medical Equipment and the impact it has when it malfunctions. This is why we have invested considerable resources into training and testing equipment. We provide general service for our clients well under the fees which manufacturers charge.

WHAT WE OFFER


MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICE


Our engineers perform a full range of dynamic testing to your equipment to ensure it is operating within manufacturer's specifications. We perform calibration and an electrical safety inspection to verify the equipment is safe for both the operator and patient. Upon our first visit to an office practice, outpatient surgery center, or hospital, we create a file system for each device we have inventoried. This provides a logical tracking system for manageable equipment service history. We offer Field Service and Depot Service for all your preventive and repair maintenance needs. Our service and preventive maintenance methods are recognized by the FDA, AAAA, AAAHC, and JACHO Accreditation Organizations. We use original manufacturer's parts in the repair of the equipment. We service most cardiology and surgical equipment.




    FIELD SERVICE: We offer technicians who provide at your door service for clients who need personal attention on site. This field service is available for Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland clients. National customers may have their equipment serviced by one of our affiliates or may ship the equipment to our service center.




    DEPOT SERVICE: International and National customers may ship their equipment into our service center via UPS or FEDX for preventive maintenance and repair service. This is the most cost effective solution in avoiding travel fees for our clients.
