At The Physician's Resource we understand Medical Equipment and the impact it has when it malfunctions. This is why we have invested considerable resources into training and testing equipment. We provide general service for our clients well under the fees which manufacturers charge.

WHAT WE OFFER:


PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:

Our engineers perform a full range of dynamic testing to your equipment to ensure it is operating within manufacturer's specifications. We perform calibration and an electrical safety inspection to verify the equipment is safe for both the operator and patient. Upon our first visit to an office practice, outpatient surgery center, or hospital, we create a file system for each device we have inventoried. This provides a logical tracking system for manageable equipment service history.

REPAIR SERVICE:

We use original manufacturer's parts in the repair of the equipment. We service most cardiology and surgical equipment. Field service is available for Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. National customers may have your equipment serviced by one of our affiliates or you may ship the equipment to our service center.
