The Blickman PORTER Foot Operated Hamper offers hands-free loading and unloading of soiled items. Press the foot-release to raise the polyethylene lid to a fully-opened position; close by manual lowering. Foot-release is covered with soft rubber to prevent slipping. Two sizes available: 22" or 28". All hampers move easily over floors on 2", ball-bearing swivel casters.
